Scientific Design Process

PTS emphasizes a scientific design process which utilizes a variety of statistical tools (SPC, DOE, etc.). Equipment, layout, and infrastructure performance are constantly reviewed and improved by the design team with each new project.

Three dimensional piping and equipment design.

  • Detailed design is critical in sanitary piping in order to achieve ease of maintenance, operation and sanitization.
  • Appearance is generally critical in sanitary piping installations and detailed design assures advance consensus on installation appearance.
  • Change orders are minimized because unacceptable or unapproved field changes are avoided.

  • High Acid Critical Control Point Certification (AIB Certification)
  • Food Security Certification (AIB Certification)
  • Better Process Control School Certification
