3D Facility Modeling
PTS designs are typically generated in 3D to ensure accuracy and avoid potential interferences. We are able to digitally design equipment and view those components as part of a complete installation in a ‘virtual world’. By modeling our designs, we are able to visualize how systems will integrate within a client’s facility.
This effort reduces client costs during the installation phase by avoiding misinterpretation or shortcuts during the installation process. We are also able to lower the client’s long term operational costs by isolating potential flaws during the design process and developing layouts that are optimized.
