It is important to recognize that most OEM service organizations are primarily concerned with starting up their machinery and confirming operational capability to design criteria. OEM personnel are not typically proficient in assisting clients with container processing optimization. PTS focuses on the determination and implementation of the optimal process setup on line machinery to ensure a quality container.
PTS can assist customers in identifying the equipment necessary to build a highly effective Quality Control inspection lab. Having the right tools to evaluate the containers produced (e.g. Section Cutting Tools, Scales, Top Load Measurement equipment, Incubator Ovens, etc.) is essential to being able to analyze container attributes against the intended design criteria.
